"I become Mersen" is a mandatory integration program for all new employees.

Our human resources teams have compiled a welcome pack with a welcome booklet and other documents.

A 2-day seminar on the three main regions covered by the Group – America, Asia and France – is also organized to welcome new engineers and managers.
