Fuses

Mersen HP15NH photovoltaic (PV) fuse serie was engineered and designed specifically for the protection of photovoltaic systems. Helio-Protection® HP15NH fuse links are designed for the protection of cables in a PV group of chains when a short circuit occurs in a panel (main fuse category). This HelioProtection® main fuse range enlarges our PV fuse links offering on 1XL/2XL/3L sizes having a worldwide acceptance. They are of the gPV type and comply with both IEC 60269-6 and UL 2579 PV standards.
They are available with plain blades, bolted blades for direct mounting with and without striker.

Mersen NH gBat fuse series was engineered specifically for protection
of battery systems. They offer full range protection and can protect
very small over currents as well as DC fault current up to 150kA. The
NH gBat fuses serie covers various ratings in 1000VDC with NH1 and
NH2 sizes, and in 1500VDC with NH1XL, NH2XL and NH3L sizes. They are gBat type that comply with new IEC 60269-7 standard for Battery protection. They are available with bolted type blades for
direct mounting, or with plain blades.

The D0 fuse-system is installed in low voltage distribution units, where fuse-links are accessible to non trained persons and can also be replaced by them.
The system is the most modern of the screw systems and designed for 400VAC/250VDC networks.
The D0 fuse range comprises the standardized fuse sizes D01, D02 and D03.

The range of applications for D0 fuse-links for general application is the protection of cables and power lines. They limit and cut off unacceptable overcurrents and short circuit currents up to their nominal breaking capacity. D0 fuse-links "gG" also protect equipments and installations against dynamic effects of high short circuit currents.

The D0 fuse-system is installed in motor circuit protection, where fuse-links are accessible to non trained persons and can also be replaced by them.
The system is the most modern of the screw systems and designed for 400VAC/440VAC networks.

Type “aM” fuse-links are partial-range breaking capacity fuse-links, used to protect motor circuits as they are strongly current-limiting and have low power losses.
They limit and cut off short circuit currents from 6.3 times In up to their nominal breaking capacity.
