Mersen Feeder Panel (MFP)

For panels with circuits requiring ratings greater than 100A, Mersen offers a 38” wide panel with fusible switches for over-current protection. The Mersen Feeder Panel (MFP) is designed to meet requirements defined by the National Electrical Code® (NEC) to protect critical power operations and distribute power to general purpose operations. The MFP can integrate Mersen’s Critical Power Panel (CPP) as the sub-panel, capable of distributing power to critical loads, such as emergency, substation, lighting, and more. The MFP can house a 42 or 24 circuit panel within it, in addition to UL 98 Mersen low voltage fusible switches as the main fusible disconnect switch and branch fusible disconnect switches. The MFP provides a default short circuit current rating (SCCR) of 200kA under certain conditions and can provide selective coordination using Mersen Amp-Trap 2000® fuses.

Mersen Feeder Panel
MFP is a UL67 listed panelboard that utilizes our commonly available class CC and J fuses. Mersen’s Amp-Trap 2000® class CC and class J fuses ensure minimal fuse let-thru energies and makes it easy to provide system coordination with our easy 2:1 coordination ratios for short circuits.
