The Role:
Mersen UK are looking for a driven and meticulous Customer Service/Sales Representative to join the ACE (Anti-Corrison Equipment) team based in our Teesside site. We are looking for an experienced individual who is able to master our Product Offering for the ACE market. This role has strong development opportunities for the right candidate in a wide range of areas including sales and thermal design. Further duties of the role include:
- To administer the ACE business from quote to delivery and cash receipt.
- To develop solid knowledge of our customers along with developing strong relationships with customers.
- To submit offers to customers as and when required.
- To master Incoterms and shipment regulations for the UK and export activities.
- To create instructions and guides for the Teesside ACE on placement of customers orders.
Person Specification:
- It’s essential that applicants have a qualification in Engineering or equivalent industrial experience.
- Applicants must have knowledge of all programmes associated with Microsoft Office.
- We are keen to hear from candidates who have a background in process equipment or from a chemical sector.
- It is also desirable if applicants have a basic knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

Job Details:
Location: Eaglescliffe, Teesside
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 per annum (depending on experience)
