Rupture detector

The rupture detector is the ideal tool to locate in real time the rupture of your discs.

It is available on all of our series of bursting discs, from 25 to 600mm diameter. It is installed on the disc between the 2 flanges.

This rupture detector features:

A electric wire equipped with 2 plugs connected to a security intrinsic guard
A FEP (Fluorinated ethylene propylene) film ensuring corrosion protection to the ambient air

Operating mode: If overpressure rupture disk bursts cutting the wire and generating a default in Installation
