Mersen has been awarded during the 6th edition of the "Victoires des Leaders du Capital Humain", organized in Paris on November 21st: we received the Silver Award 2019 for Digitalization.
This ceremony gathers more than 600 HR managers and honors each year the most innovative and effective HR practices and procedures.
Mersen success is related to the unique digital transformation plan currently being deployed throughout the Group and driven by the HR and IT support functions through the BUzIT and MersenONE flagship programs.
