Mersen sites mobilized to celebrate the International Women’s Day all over the world

Celebrating the International Women’s Day, many Mersen sites carried out local initiatives to raise employee awareness on gender balance.

Ensuring equality in the workplace at all levels is a Group’s objective. This means integrating an increasing number of women in all roles, including roles in production, being a priority.

Many initiatives were organized at Mersen: awareness-raising workshops and meetings on sexism, hiring discrimination and gender balance, mobilization against violence against women, or presentation on Mersen and the career paths of Women in Mersen to students.
