Description:
In accordance with Electrical Vehicle Autonomous Production Unit (APU) policies, set the quality policy and action plans taking into account following issues:
- Quality of products and processes expected by customer
- Sustainable development issues
- Risk management of products / processes
- Compliance with regulations and customers satisfaction
- Steer new certifications (if needed) and ensure maintenance of incumbent ones
- Implement and maintain quality system according to customer expectations
Position Responsibilities:
Organize and implement quality policy in the APU (Quality Production, Quality System, Supplier Quality, Customer Quality).
Manage a team of quality engineers
Ensure the development of the quality policy and follow-up according to regulations
In relation with customers/suppliers, guarantees the level of conformity of the production with the requirements and regulations
- Develops, implements and/or maintains the APU improvement actions
- Is involved in the deployment of quality certifications
- Number of Quality certifications carried out per year
- Encourages the knowledge of the Quality policy for all employees of the plant.
- ISO knowledge by employees measured through ISO Audits
- Is directly involved in major customer satisfaction issues.
- Number of claims closed within the year versus the total claims of the year
- Defines processes (internal audits, indicators) and plan interventions and projects.
- Result of internal audits
- Follows customers’/suppliers’ complaints and ensures the control of customers satisfaction.
- Time to answer the customer claims
- Manages the quality team of the plant.
- Number of Quality meetings held within the site
- Provides trainings for the implementation and maintenance of QMS.
Profile:
Engineer diploma or equivalent
Experience in quality in an automotive and environment
5-7 years of experience in a Quality focused role
Knowledge and experience of the IATF standards
Experienced working directly with automotive Customers
Strong interpersonal skills to work in a team environment and interface with customers
Proven skills in addressing complex and diverse issues
Fluent French and English
