Onboarding seminar: NCE Europe 2023
On June 20 and 21, 86 European managers and professionals who joined during the year came together to experience the 16th edition of Mersen's "New Comer Event".
The first "New Comer Event" of the year 2023 took place on April 5 and 6 in El Paso (Texas) in the United States. This session launched the traditional "NCE" series, the onboarding seminars for managers and professionals who have joined the Group during the year.
Together with members of the Institut Curie, Mersen Group VP, Human Resources, and the Group Internal Communication Officer, the three employees who ran individually the highest number of kilometers at Mersen, handed over a check of €38,185 to the Institut Curie.
Back to face-to-face meetings, Mersen organized two onboarding seminars for the year's Managers and Professionals: in Europe and in North America.
Mersen is hiring its future promotion of milling machine operators whose training will start in March 2022.
Mersen’s ambassadors, Sandra Passeron, Human Resources Manager and Marc Ferrato, MERSEN Senior Expert / R&D Manager, presented the Group at the ENIT student forum last week.
Launched in 2020, the Diversity Challenge is organized on March 8, to celebrate the International Women’s Day.
